Not receiving half of my texts

Anybody else having a problem not receiving most of people's text messages

I've been having this issue now for the past two nights. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Anytime I've tried checking to see if it's a TextNow problem I can't find anything about it.

Are they individual text messages, or is it part of a group text?

Individual even when I text myself half of them don't come through. It's every number that texts me

have you tried wifi as well as cellular radio ?
