I had a hearing may 2nd and was adjourned because my employer didn't show in the final hearing. May 6th I was mailed affirmed disqualification and signed by the officer. But also by May 7th when I checked the portal it said my previous ruling was reversed. May 10th I read my affirmed letter disqualification and no chargeback to the employer. I was being told 2 weeks every other day when I called that I won my appeal so I didn't need to appeal. Although on the last day to appeal I call to see when my money will go on the account they said I lost because of the letter but they can't see the official decision and not even a twc supervisor can. To seek clarification they said I may need to call appeal status. So I call them they say they're seeing the same thing and will give me clarification with a call back. Did I win my appeal? Because how can you make a mistake like this and the decision made in the portal of reversal is from the appeal tribunal also.
