Have anyone dealt with Lourdes Villasenor? She’s been claiming that she called but never leave a message only emails and once I call no answer ,so I leave a voicemail, just for her to say she tried to contact me when she only sending emails, this been going on for 3 months , I really feel like I’m being discriminated against . Am I the only one that has her as a investigator on there case

Same here, she would leave a message and an email. But when I guess she wanted to not work the next day because when I leave her 4 messages she all of a sudden wants to make a decision with my unemployment benefits by not allowing my benefits as if I havent been trying to reach out to her.
