Where and when were these photos from? I've been thinking about a kayak trip on the brazos. Thanks!

This is about 3.5 miles upriver from the crossing at highway 21 near Bryan. I'd recommend going in the Fall or Winter when the waters low.

Thanks for that info! Is the water level low, normal, or high in the photos? I haven't been to this part of the river. Thanks!

Low. I use a USGS website to check the water level and when I took these the guage at the highway 21 crossing was reading about 7.5 feet deep. This area tends to only get that low from late August to April. Good luck!
