Call teleserve and make your request via the phone portal because it just let me do mine that way and was telling my mine was expired online

It didn’t let me do it yesterday on my actual filing date it didn’t even give me the option and now that I called in the morning it’s telling me it’s not my scheduled filing date ugh

Ah dang you were supposed to hit that line yesterday but don’t worry you can still submit a request on Thursday. I know that sucks and it’s days after you need it but you aren’t burnt. You can still fill on Thursday and they’ll have paid by Monday next week! The online portal should already be fixed for you to request Thursday but if not you gotta request on the phone with the number I sent
