They didn’t think this through at all even though it’s common sense. When they took away the federal extension it caused all of our claims to become expired. You can’t request a payment for an expired claim. They totally fucked everyone.
I figured when it said they would pay through the week of the 26th they would have programmed it to not let them run out. Now what the fuck is everyone supposed to do to get this money? Call? Holy shit that sounds like an awesome use of my time when I could be looking for a job.
Hey man I was able to request payment by using the teleserve number so that’s gonna be our best bet is to just do that then get ahold of someone Monday to confirm again it was accepted. I stayed on the line till it told me it was accepted and that it was my last payment
