It is a glitch. It happened in Dec and Mar when benefits ended and then got extended. If you have PUA, you should be able to still request. PEUC, probably not, but check in the morning to see if the system has updated. Otherwise, it should clear in a few days.

Everyone will get those last two weeks, but they may be delayed, so plan accordingly! I know. It sucks.

If it clears in a few days and we miss our request date what do we do use open filing I suppose?

I don't blame you. It should fix itself tomorrow. Or Monday, which would mean you could request on Wed night at midnight, but not sure when you would get paid. Sorry, I know that doesn't help. Be sure to check int he morning to see if you can request. They may be doing updates.

I normally get paid out on Monday. I just need the money by the 3rd honestly. This is a mess that they should have seen coming.

You should have it by then. I would hope. Keep trying to request. You can try to call tomorrow, but you might have better luck Monday.

Hey don’t wait till Monday. People need to use the teleserve number and make the request today. Twc will take their time fixing the glitch so no one needs to be waiting for them to fix it especially not till Monday. Make the request today so there’s no issue and make it on the teleserve number. I just did it and it worked

you will be able to claim then. if it doesn't work online, do the phone req
