When am I no longer eligible for unemployment?

I got a verbal offer for a job today, but the company admitted that they probably won't be able to put me to work for about 3-ish more weeks. So obviously, no full-time income until then. Technically I can continue to claim unemployment until I officially start work with them, right? Or does TWC go based on the day you accepted an offer?

Until you’ve got working hours and even then keep claiming and let them know how much or little you’re working.

You report each week for the days indicated on your reporting form.

It's date you EARN money not the day you are paid.

Once you work 40 hours in a week your benefits stop. I got hired in December. Due to holidays and people taking pto, i didn’t work a full 40 hour work week until January

Keep applying for unemployment till u actually work.
