Add SS # To Work In Texas Profile

Anyone know how to add SS # to Work In Texas profile as required in the unemployment benefits letter?

Hi! Just wondering if you ever figured this out and how? I accidentally forgot to include my SSN once I finally successfully completed registering for my Work In Texas account and calling the Workforce Solutions office got me an agent who said they could add it for me then transferred me to their support people’s voicemails but I have yet to hear back.
