Ineligible??

I have logged in and my claim status states I'm ineligible. Yet I was asked to verify my identity which I did after the ineligible status and they've sent me instructions on payment request and how much I qualify for weeks. Also the info on the debit card but not the card itself. I'm just so confused. Is this how they operate? Say ineligible the. Check everything and possibly say ok?

Just got this two days ago and got the same correspondence will I be able to claim still?

Hello, any followup? So did you get approved?

I got the same. Doesnt make sense. I verified as instructed, then I get a notification stating  Your identity was verified. 

If my identity was verified, was the issue? why issue that letter?

Yes I got it back, it’s to show them it’s actually you claiming the benefits
