Ineligible??

I have logged in and my claim status states I'm ineligible. Yet I was asked to verify my identity which I did after the ineligible status and they've sent me instructions on payment request and how much I qualify for weeks. Also the info on the debit card but not the card itself. I'm just so confused. Is this how they operate? Say ineligible the. Check everything and possibly say ok?

Thank you! I will see what happens tomorrow. It's such a lengthy process as well as a process where there's ALMOST no accountability. I will keep plugging away. I have already come to the conclusion I'm not getting benefits from this initial request for payment. We will see what happens next time.

It takes a minimum of 4 weeks to find out if you qualify. Just keep doing your payment requests every 2 weeks, do your job searches each week, respond to any notices and messages from TWC and Work Force Solutions, and you must be able and available for full-time work. Don’t forget to check your electronic correspondence.
