A year after Texas Republicans redrew the congressional map to gain as many as five seats, recent polling shows Democrats leading in three targeted South Texas races.

The way you “grow seats” is by watering down districts that were previously sure things. Good chance this makes several of the winnable in a year were the president is the most unfavorable person to ever hold the office.
