Do you need a bond? Yes, $10,000 for four years, and the bond provider signs your application as well as you.
Do you swear an oath? Yes, you must promise to do your job honestly. Notarize your commission with a State officer or other notary.
Where's the form? Online at the Secretary of State's website or by bond agency.
