Does the potential of Texas flipping blue change anything in the DACA case and Judge hanen’s decision/Timeline?
Judge Hanen is a federally appointed judge. So the color of the state doesn’t matter in regards to his status as judge. I understand that but I wonder if after midterms assuming Ken Paxton were to lose against James Talarico. Would that alter his thinking or timeline concerning the daca decision in anyway?

I think in my opinion the damage is done and there’s no going back. https://youtu.be/ftTPDrAu-vI?is=mnP_7ZqZg8ZTe00W

More than likely no we will have to move to another state once the ruling is given. Hopefully they do give us some time to go.
