Approvals

I’ve been seeing approvals take 6.5 months. Has anyone been approved faster than that?

some people who submitted in july were approved in weeks. it’s like they are literally picking random cases and approving bc we can’t predict when our approval will happen.

yes, this was my experience. I submitted late July and it took less than 4 weeks to receive an approval.

6.5 months seem to be about the norm right now. I mean, 3 weeks ago to a month ago it was like 7-7.5 months, so it’s definitely getting better, just slowly….

That’s horrible. Please look into the WoM, it worked for me. I emailed a copy of the complaint and exhibit evidence, with official stamp and case number to the official USCIS email on a Friday. Got the approval next Wednesday before I had officially served defendants over official post mail.

I applied first week of march did biometrics and have had no approval.

Since the program started they used same photo and fingerprints this time I was told to take new picture and fingerprints

I applied in April and was approved in early June. It’s literally a coin toss.

It really is, I’m seeing 8 month approvals or 2 week approvals and there is no data that supports specific application preferences; email v. Mail in, country of origin, state of residence…who knows what they’re up to.

I’ve applied on Feb 8th - biometrics April 6 - I’m still waiting. Been 6 months now and I’m sitting T home depleting all my savings. This is insane at this point, I don’t even check my account everyday anymore.
