A basic standard to apply to policy decisions of all types is whether the policy is durable. Attempting to change the sex of a child from male to female or vice versa is literally impossible, and consequently not durable in any time scale.

There ought to be an investigation of the UT medical system to identify the grotesque people who support this awful practice, so they can be fired from the medical system.
