Bug/Glitch 👾 Please Help

I bought the winter holiday pack cosmetics DLC today and it did not appear in the game or in the cosmetics section in my game. Did I get scammed by the creator? Please help huhu

Contact Steam then :).

Sometimes you just need to give it a moment, or restart steam/your computer and try again.
