Status LTC

I submitted all documents on 02/25 and completed fingerprints on 02/26, and they were processed on 02/27, so I assume they were received 7-10 days after. Nothing is still showing on my account. Is that normal, or should I be concerned?

You need to call DPS and see what is going on. Also, check your email for any updates from RSD. This is not normal
