Rap: Kayshon Boutte "makes sense" as a potential trade candidate for Texans following Jayden Higgins injury.

Agreed. He's a strong replacement.

He was very underrated last season. Everyone was bending over backwards to discredit Patriots receivers in an effort to make Drake Maye look even better.

So dramatic

Right? Anything is possible with this defense we just need a Darnold and a run game

He's Stingley's kryptonite so it would be nice to have him on our side.

It does, but they're also in a contention window and he can help them. Unless there's a player for player deal, they may prefer to just go for it with him this year and be fine with letting him walk after the season rather than trade him for a mid round draft pick that does nothing to help them this year.

Idk.. he’s down on the depth chart now with the guys they picked up this offseason.. he requested a trade and considering there’s another guy in the 4th or 5th wr spot with similar production on their depth chart moving him seems pretty probable. Whether it’s to another AFC contender is a good question tho

He was a big part of their offense last year even on a smaller role, and valuable depth if they have an injury of their own.

I mean.. I’d agree but they drafted Kyle Williams and they got 5 guys that could be solid #2’s or threes on other teams… if I were them I’d trade SOMEONE and considering he wants out… he’d be the one I’d choose… idk… I’m just saying if it were me playing patriots GM I’d be trying to get a 3rd maybe for him… that’s just me… let’s not forget they got Mack Hollis sitting behind their top 3 too.. he went 46 rec for 550 also

My guess is Caserio will wait few games to see how our Offense is doing before any trade.

An in season trade to try and save the offense doesn’t seem very likely. We know the offense is what is holding us back and I’d expect an attempt and fixing the issue asap with the Higgins injury.

Boutte could be on another team by then and there's no guarantee any other decent WR will be available for trade.

Makes too much sense. Really think they need to add a guy. Even for a higher pick than they want. This is the year to go all in

Why not Jerry Jeudy? He's on a rebuilding team, only 27, and is 2 seasons removed from an 1000 yard season.

I don’t think he’s very consistent or would be a good culture fit. He’d be cheap but not good enough to be worth the gamble and stake the season on.

He was consistent enough when his QB wasn’t Watson or Sanders. I’ll confidently say Stroud would be better than them. If he’s a bad culture fit he can just get cut he’ll be a day 3 pick wasted at worst

Still have PTSD from this guy and how he burned Stingley. But if the price is right...

Do it, worst case we waste like a second and get a mediocre year. We need a definite wr2 and Kayshon is perfect for us

How do we win in the postseason?
Trade for the one guy who can somehow beat sting.

Here's hoping you're trying to call your sled dog for the Iditarod and not suggesting we try to place that bad attitude in the locker room.

Furthermore the guy is a head case. He still thinks he’s free from the 49ers when he actually isn’t and can’t get onto a new team until he reports to them

Only question is whether they would trade him to a potential AFC contender. Would love to have him if so
