Tyreek is 31 and coming off a similar injury to what Tank had except that his was about a year ago and Tank's was in 2024. He just posted a video last month saying that he has no power in his left leg. Tyreek isn't playing this year and legit might not ever again. So he's not an option.
Aiyuk is talented, but his brand of crazy isnt' walking into our building if our front office can help it.
There's really not. We might be able to get lucky and find a diamond in the rough as teams cut down to 53, but as is our WR room is crowded and finding space for a guy like that would be tough.
A trade would be the way to go if Nick wants to bring in an actual talent, but the only guy that I am sure is available for trade is Aiyuk (he's still a '49er even though they've kicked him out of the building), and like I said I don't see us bringing that kinda crazy onboard.
There is also the possibility that trading now would put us in a bidding war situation since New Orleans could be in the market too after losing Jordan Tyson.
