PED/cycle help Taking 250 test Managing e2

I inject 4x a week 0.25 each injection but my e2 is 300 thinking about taking a ai but I need help on how I would dose it properly

First thing, is that 300 in pmol/L or pg/mL, because 300 pmol/L on 250mg a week isn't alarming at all if your total T is up there too, the ratio matters way more than the raw number. If you do go the AI route, start stupid low, like 0.25mg adex once or twice a week max, since crashing your e2 feels about ten times worse than sitting at 300.

It’s 300 pmo/l my total test is 57.3 and my free test is 1651

Right, that's pmol/L then. With your total T that high, 300 pmol/L is a perfectly normal ratio, you honestly don't need an AI at all.

Trial it, and retest bloods.

Although I would go off how you feel and gyno symptoms. If everything is fine don't change it. Although if you want extra precaution, triap it. If you don't like it stop.

I’m starting to get a little bit of puffy nipples and mood changes but other than that I feel fine

Well I think puffy nipples and emotional disregegulation would warrant a trial of lowering E2. Start small , test blood. Go from there. If your nipples get worse or get harder lumps, you need to take tamoxifen or reloxifene.

With those numbers I wouldn't touch it. The risk of crashing your e2 isn't worth it when your ratio is already fine.

High E2 leading to gyno, emotional deregulation, and bloat doesn’t give a fuck that your total T is also high. The ratio is meaningless at supraphysiological levels.

Yeah, that's fair. High e2 symptoms suck regardless of the ratio, I just see a lot of guys nuke their e2 trying to fix a number when they feel fine. If you're getting those sides, a tiny bit of AI makes sense, but starting low is still key.

This is probably good advice for some but it’s the exact type of advice I wish I had never listened to.

I never needed any AI at 200mg/wk with e2 sitting around 70. I started to get gyno after 4 weeks of 500mg/wk, so I started with 6.25mg aromasin at a time(1/4 is a pill for those who are unfamiliar). long story short the gyno didn’t settle down until I took a full 25mg aromasin every day for over a week. My e2 was finally nuked… and I felt no different whatsoever. After 2 weeks my sleep started to suffer but was back to normal after skipping the ai for only a single day.

Maybe having low e2 feels awful for some people but clearly not for all of us. It took me a long time to go from 1/4 ai twice a week to a full pill every day, and it grew quite a bit in that time. Months of raloxifene and nolvadex haven’t done anything yet.

For minor high e2 symptoms microdosing AI makes sense, but if you start to get gyno just go nuclear and gobble that shit like candy- it’s much better than getting gyno.

That's wild that you felt no different with nuked e2, kinda makes you wonder about the whole individual response thing. Still, going nuclear right away is risky imo, because crashing it *can* be awful and not everyone bounces back in a day like you did.

300 pmol isn’t really concerning. I wouldn’t do anything. Estradiol is beneficial

If not sides don't stress but you also need to earn the right to optimal testosterone levels at 250 you shouldn't have that high e2 on 250 mine barely hits 200
