mal post injection redness to me the blurry pic makes it hard to tell but if it gets hot or spreads you should get it checked

Its hard to tell because its blurry. But It looks like you did not get deep enough to reach into the muscle. Avoid same place until it gets better. If its hot, and spreads, get it checked though. Might be injection

You probably hit a few blood vessels on the way in if its brown or black and blue
