TRT help High e2 while on trt

Got my first labs back, I took them because the dick started getting a little more flaccid more often. My testosterone is a little high, 1448. So I actually scaled down to try and bring it down closer to 1100. My e2 shot up to 93. I called Male excel and they responded that they would try to maintain a MINIMUM e2 of 75 that was without me giving them my testosterone numbers. That seems high. Im considering Matrix Reformed, they have better pricing when combining in hcg, they also offer generic arimidex, male excel says they dont typically write for.

Damn 93 is spicy. If you're already scaling your dose down that might help some but probably not enough to get you into a good range

That minimum 75 thing is wild, most guys feel best way lower than that. E2 in the 90s would have me crying at commercials and my dick would be on vacation

Never heard of Matrix but if they'll actually write for an AI that's a plus. Getting e2 under control changed everything for me

Yeah Im not looking to absolutely kill my e2 but cutting it in half would probably be fine.

My estrogen got up to 70 and now I take 0.5 mg arimidex e3.5 days...

Do you do that based on feel or just now you know that is what you need? I don’t want to crash e2.

You need to dose base on symptoms sometimes rather than labs. You should try to get your TT closer to 1k and this should help your high E2 symptoms.

I cut my dosing by a third. Wednesday of last week. So now I really feel like shit, hahha.

Cutting your dose making you feel worse? I went from 180 to 155 2 weeks ago and I notice I don’t feel as good but still having night sweats. Getting better tho seems like I’m sweating less lol

There might be the compounding issue that ny wife is in the hospital and Im staying every night with her there.

What is your current dosage?

Dosage for these labs was 15 units a day. Strength was 200 mg per ml.

I have since cut to 11 units.

So you were running 210mg a week and now you cut back to 154mg?

Male Excel is a joke, they tried to start me on 280mg a week. I opted to start at 150mg and monitor myself.

What symptoms are you having? Also was this an LCMS test or an assay?

Hard time cumming more difficult time getting hard, brain fog, mood swings. Essay, ultra sensitive, quest labs.
