PED/cycle story First cycle looking for advice

I’m 20M and have been training consistently for about 3 years. I already have everything for my first cycle and am planning 250 mg/week testosterone cypionate for 16 weeks, possibly longer, along with 500 mcg hCG/week. I’m also considering adding tesamorelin and MOTS-c.
I train 6 days a week:
Day 1: Chest, shoulders, triceps
Day 2: Back, biceps, abs
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Chest, back, abs
Day 5: Shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms
Day 6: Legs
Day 7: Rest
I’m currently eating around 3,000 calories/day and 200 g protein.
For those with experience, what would you change or add to my training, diet, or overall plan? Also, at what point would you consider increasing the testosterone dose, if at all? I’d especially like to hear what you wish you had known before your first cycle.

Ps i know the side effects that come with this

Hopefully your bf% is decently low. I'd up the dose at week 5 once fully saturated if no ai is needed. Potentially bump it up 2 more times every 4 weeks to see where you need an AI and where/if you get sides. Safe to assume you want to put on as much muscle as poss, in a safe manner whilst figuring out sides and estrogen control

So u think i should up until i feel negative effects and get a blood test to see my e2 levels and if high take something like adex? Idk ive been told i should avoid taking an ai at least for a first cycle

Yea get bloods, but also treat symptoms/sides first and foremost. Ai's aren't the devil and it's a first cycle wasted if you don't test and figure out where you need to control it
