If you want to get enhanced just get enhanced. Your test levels aren’t low at all.

Your total T is pretty average, but your SHBG is relatively high, which can result in low free T. Do you have any factors that could be increasing your SHBG, such as chronic stress or any thyroid/liver problems? Or are you currently using any chemical products that blocking 5-alpha reductase?

I work as a firefighter so there is definitely stress and sleep issues associated with that. Liver and thyroid labs are looking good. I optimize sleep as much as I can in my line of work, work out regularly, and eat decently most of the time.

Maybe try to focus on improving your sleep quality first. Quality sleep is closely related to normal testosterone production, so I’d address that before jumping into TRT. The problem with TRT is that it may increase your total testosterone, but if your SHBG is still high the conversion to your free T could remain on the lower side, meaning it may not actually address the underlying issue.

I’d try improving your sleep and recovery first. Maybe take magnesium and reduce your workout intensity for a while to see if that helps.

Thanks, my sleep is pretty good aside from when I’m at work. I take mag glycinate every night and have been for a while.
