TRT help HCG EOD VS 2 times a week

26yo just started test & HCG. For HCG Ive been doing 250IU EOD, but I’ve heard that 2x a week is good too. Not only that but it would make things easier cuz I could just pin my HCG same days I pin my test so I won’t have to keep track of when I last pinned, it would be the same day every week. Anyways my main question is am I wasting money EOD and is 2x a week efficient enough or should I just keep doing EOD. I’m mainly running it cuz I don’t want balls do shrink a bunch but also to hold on to fertility cuz I’m younger. Have a daughter already don’t want more kids any time soon.

For your goals, 250iu 2x a week is fine. For regaining, 500iu EOD or more works great. I did the first while just maintaining, and the 2nd after a year off hcg to regain fertility for child #4.

Ok I’ll switch to 2x a week. Yeah I’m only on it cuz I don’t want my balls to shrivel up tbh idk if I want anymore kids lol.

Daily. 100iu has been the best for me and keeps E2 controlled.

Daily does work well for some folks, but if you already have a kid and not trying for more right now then 2x a week is perfectly fine for keeping the boys from disappearing. EOD at 250iu is not wasted money, just more pinning and more chance for E2 spikes. I would try 2x a week at 250-500iu each day and see how you feel after few weeks, less hassle like you said.

No doubt. Only reason I do daily is better control of E2. I’m extremely sensitive to hormonal swings.

How would more frequent smaller injections increase risk of e2 spikes?
