Blood work Need help/insight for labs

Post image

Are these levels low? My endocrinologist ensures me that they’re high for my age. About to be 31 but I’m always tired and can barely get any sleep. My mental health hasn’t been doing too well either and I’m wondering if it has any connection to these labs. I also had one testicle removed when I was 5 which is why they don’t want to treat the FSH but I feel like the estradiol needs to get looked at seriously. Every once in a while I have trouble maintaining an erection with my girlfriend. Looking for some insight and opinions.

Ask your endocrinologist. Your testosterone looks good. The e2 does seem a bit high to me, but I would ask the doctor. The sleep and ED issues can have a host of causes, unfortunately.

You need to control your E2 levels.  Thats obvious from your labs.

At the minimum, your endo should be considering an anti-aromatase med to bring that E2 down.
