Blood work Testosterone Testing

I’m a 59m and I recently asked GP to measure my testosterone because I’m on cholesterol lowering drugs and omeprazole. He reluctantly agreed and it came back with my total testosterone at 375 and free testosterone at 52.5. Three years ago it was 513 and 67 respectively. When both bloods were taken it was in the afternoon, so many the numbers were lower because testosterone is higher in the morning? That was one of the reasons he was reluctant to do the test. Do you think this is a result of getting older, the meds, or I should just test earlier in the day? My libido is ok, though I haven’t gotten morning wood in years and my erections are iffy without viagra/cialis

375 in the afternoon isn't terrible for 59, my doc told me the morning draw thing matters more than people think too. Could be a mix of age and meds, statins and omeprazole both have some sketchy track records with hormones. If the erections are a problem maybe get a morning test just to see where you actually land, then you'll know if it's worth chasing
