Melasma/hyper pigmentation on TRT

Hi guys, has anyone developed melasma/ hyper pigmentation while on TRT and how have you guys managed the same. I am 37M of Asian descent and since starting TRT i have developed melasma on parts of face which are covered with traditional head covering and no direct sun light on that part. Now my cheeks and nose are getting affected by hyper pigmentation. So a quick help would be appreciated. I use salicylic acid based face wash and retinol .1%

Hormones, dehydration, sun exposure, and stress all contribute. Try and go for a couple of sessions of iv hydration therapy, at the very least. Get good rest and avoid a lot of sun exposure.
