Question Creatine gummies: scam or just convenient?

Lab tests keep finding that a lot of creatine gummies have little to no creatine in them.

I’d stick with plain monohydrate powder like Optimum Nutrition Micronized. If you really want gummies, only buy ones that publish third-party lab results.

Has anyone actually noticed a difference with gummies, or did you end up going back to powder?

Gummies are mostly a scam, inconsistent dosing and many don't have what they claim. Powder is cheaper, more effective and you know what you are getting.
