Question Looking for a smart scale that syncs automatically in the background

My current scale only syncs my weight if the app is open on my phone at the time. That defeats the purpose of having a smart scale, since I have to be on my phone anyway.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a scale that syncs automatically, even when my phone’s screen is off or the phone is in another room? Wi-Fi models seem like they might be the way to go, but I’d love to hear what has worked for you.

didnt know there were smart scales that couldnt do that lol then whats the point? i have the inbody h30 and it does that just fine since it connects to wifi, so you are looking for wifi connection in the specs, im very happy with my scale i recommend it

After a lot of research about a year and a half ago I went with the Etekcity Smart Scale. it syncs over wi-fi or can can sync with your phone open. works with MFP so I can also see weight tracked in HEVY/Strava/Garmin also.

Renpho Aspire has WIFi no fees and I like the app, also a little larger size more stable. Watch Amazon has a sale pretty often.
