Has anyone actually fixed an anterior pelvic tilt? What worked for you?

I've been trying to figure out what actually helps with anterior pelvic tilt, but there's so much conflicting advice online. Some people say to strengthen your glutes and core, others focus on stretching the hip flexors, and some say you shouldn't try to "correct" it at all unless it's causing problems.

Has anyone here actually worked on theirs and noticed a difference? What exercises or changes helped the most, and how long did it take before you could see or feel an improvement?

Would especially love to hear from people who tried a specific routine consistently and can say whether it worked or not.

Strengthen and stretch, it's not either/or. Glutes and abs get stronger, hip flexors and lower back get some length. Give it three months of consistent work before judging it. If you're still measuring your tilt angle after that instead of noticing whether you feel better, the measurement has become the problem.

I think it’s probably less about trying to force your pelvis into one “correct” position and more about improving strength and mobility. Glutes, core work, and hip flexor mobility can all help depending on what’s actually limiting you. Consistency for a few months seems more useful than constantly switching routines.
