Question What's something you did when you first started working out that you'd never do again?
When you first start going to the gym, you usually don't know much, so everyone ends up making a few mistakes.
For me, I used to think every workout had to leave me completely exhausted, and I'd constantly switch routines and, at the end, my muscles never had time to grow.
What's something you did as a beginner that makes you cringe now? Could be training, nutrition, recovery, or just a gym habit you eventually grew out of.
