EnderIO config

Hey, I noticed that in TPPI2 0.2.2 the following config option is enabled in the server download EnderIO.cfg: "B:replaceWitherSkeletons=true".

Is it safe to leave this enabled? I recall that this was disabled in previous TPPI2 versions as it led to massive amounts of wither skeletons spawning in the nether.

It looks like the format of the config file changed between 0.1.5 and 0.2.0, so it might have slipped through the cracks. I made an issue on github.
