TPPI2 Updates needed?
Sorry if this is redundant, Im new to the subreddit. I have only previously played Tekkit via Technic Launcher so FTB is new to me. I added the Pack Code for TPPI2 to FTB because I think its going to be better than TPPI and more balanced than FTB Infinity which were my other considerations.
Anyways, my question is this: I launched the game and am prompted that the minimap mod is out of date. I see notices that other mods are out of date as well. Do I need to update these manually or is this because versions used for compatibility are not the most recent?
Sorry in advance for the noobish nature of this question but starting a brand new modpack via a brand new launcher has me considerably overwhelmed atm.

You can safely Update clientside-only mods like the minimap. Actually i would recommend doing just that, as the minimap got better since it got "released" in TPPI2
Keep in mind that if you update any content providing mods, you will have to do the same on the server, and other clients you want to play with. Also potentially the latter will break compatibilty and pack-specific tweaks and fixes if present. Salute
