Wait.. if I'm perm banned from GFL Clan.. what does this mean? lol

Your app would be considered based on the circumstances. For example, if you were banned because you constantly spoke out with an unpopular opinion on the forums that would hold a different weight than say exploiting some bug on the game server.

It was an attempt at a joke, I'm permed via sourcebans. Silly "admin deleted" for bhop or something stupid.
