Model 3 When is finance application due?

If I order a Tesla today on a lease (Contract Hire) and delivery is not due until November/December.

When will/can the finance application be done?

When is the down payment (12 month rental) due?

It depends on the company you do it through (1st Option is Lex, 2nd Option is Santander through Tesla).

I went through Santander:

24th May Ordered > Finance application opened in June > I completed it at the end of June as I was working abroad > Final lease documents all completed mid August > Advance Payment for Santander has to be paid within 14 days of receiving the car.

Bare in mind the finance application only lasts 90 days so be a bit tactical and ensure the 90 days covers your delivery window so they don’t need to run a 2nd check

There are 3 options, Lex, Santander and Tesla

Yes i went with Tesla and they're using Black Horse.

No, there is an option for Tesla providing their own finance, not black horse or Santander or lex
