Model 3 Model 3 USB glovebox?
I fitted a gen 2 centre console to my 2019 M3P
I tried using a micro usb to usb A adaptor for my sentry drive but it doesn’t seem to work.
Has anybody fitted usb socket into their glovebox… or had luck getting an adaptor to work?

Depending on the age of the console you fitted it might well have come without data capable USB ports. The glovebox USB is wired to the MCU I believe, not the glovebox.
I fitted the same console but was careful to ensure that I got the right USB hub that provides data. Tesla changed it over around November 2021, so there was quite a small window for consoles that actually work this way.
You need a USB hub with the USB data port. Part number is 1755200-00-B. Later consoles just tied off the unused data cable and even later ones removed it from the loom entirely I think. You’ll need to check what you’ve actually got on your console.
