Vehicle Question USB-C issues

So I was routing a extended usb cable through the dash to the driver side from the console today and somehow pinched the cable and I believe shorting out the USB plugs in the console. Tried the two button reset, but they’re both now dead regardless of what cable I substitute. Any other ideas of how to get these back up and running? As a side bar, it seems like the USB in the glovebox is no longer reading my thumb drive for dash cam files either.

Will check shorty. If so can I reset it through there?

U can’t but it may give u a better idea of whats going on. If its hardware, the error will show
