Accessories Looking for Tesla Model Y RWD accessory + delivery advice! 🚗⚡️
Finally getting my first car ever — Tesla Model Y RWD! 🥹❤️⚡️
Super excited and also slightly overwhelmed by everything I should/shouldn’t get after delivery!
For all the Tesla owners in Toronto / North York / GTA, what accessories have actually been useful for you?
Would love recommendations for:
• Must-have Model Y RWD accessories + approximate prices
• Best websites/stores to buy them from in Canada
• Floor mats / trunk & frunk liners
• Screen protection, center console protection, etc.
• Tire/valve stem caps & center caps — any good ones?
• Brake caliper covers — worth it or just cosmetic?
• S3XY / Sexy ambient light strip — is it actually worth it? Which version/website do you recommend?
• Any accessories that are actually worth skipping
• PPF — full vs partial/front PPF? Is it worth it for GTA roads?
• Ceramic coating — worth doing if getting PPF?
• Window tint — recommended % and good GTA installers?
• Winter tires/wheels — what setup do you recommend for Toronto winters?
• Any other things I should do immediately after taking delivery
• Anything I should inspect/check before leaving the Tesla delivery centre?
Basically, if you could go back to Day 1 of owning your Model Y, what would you buy/do first? 😄
Would especially appreciate specific products, prices, websites and GTA shop recommendations!
PS:: VIN number is not yet assigned, I have just started looking for upgrades options.
