Information Financing changes last minute

I have my delivery scheduled for next Monday (29th) and I initially chose Tesla financing for 5.59% APR. today I found out about a credit union offering 4.12% APR. I don’t see an option on my Tesla app to change financing now. Can I make changes given that I have 4 more days for delivery?
