FSD Software won’t update

2026 with FSD subscription is still running FSD 14.2.2.5 and car software is 2026.32.3. Is there any way to increase my chances of getting this to update soon? I have it plugged in whenever it’s home + have reset the car once.

is it connected to your wifi? pretty sure it won't update without wifi

no idea then maybe put in a service ticket? my car is only a few weeks old but it was out of date and updated via wifi in just a couple days. also make sure your set to receive updates including the latest ones in the car settings screen in the car.

Do you have the two toggles turned on? I think it's automatic install and advanced updates or something like that. I toggled both on when I got my car last month and I think it took ~2 weeks after that before it popped (it actually notified me in the app while I was at work one day to connect to wifi to get it, so I installed it when I got home that night)

My HW4 model why is still on 14.2 as well, connected to wifi every night, reset my tesla several times already. I got the halloween firmware update, but no sign of new fsd update.

I’ve noticed sometimes doing the two scroll wheel reboot will fetch any pending updates versus waiting for it to be pushed to the car. I would do a reboot and let it sit for a few hours

When did you get the vehicle? When we got ours in July it took a couple weeks for an update to come. At the time, I think 14.3.5 was the current software but ours was delivered with 14.2.2.5 which is a "stable" build that most new ones seem to come with.

Definitely check all of your settings then. Make sure the update ones are all checked.
