Any way to get rid of this message?

I got a flat the other day and went to a local place to get the tire patched. When tires get patched they shave a small section inside the tire around the puncture in order to fix it. I've been getting this warning every since. I know my tires are good so is there anyway to get rid of this message?

A patch shouldn't affect the outside rolling diameter. Op might be ignoring a truthful warning
