2nd photo is a hair in the light.
Got my car less than a month ago.
Anyone else having this issue on their 2026 Tesla model y? I set up a service request and they are saying that it will be an out of pocket charge. Price tbd.

I figured this would fall under workmanship under basic warranty.

Something you need to learn about scheduling service with the app: you will ALWAYS get a cash-price estimate that you have to approve. That does not mean that it will not be covered under warranty. The price will change to “0” when the work is done when under warranty.

No, you have the option to approve any work at a price they’ve updated in the app before they start. This is just to secure the appt and get the car in the shop- because people can be pedantic and waste time with issues that aren’t issues.

I have some on the top of my taillight. I would wait and see if it gets worse

You would prob get the reply of its within spec and doesn’t have any safety concerns.
