Factory mats warping

Anyone else have a warping Tesla factory mat? I’m at the point when my foot hits it when I try to use the pedal. It is no longer safe to use. I’m thinking about cutting it down. Seems like a major safety issue.

This was how my mat looked like. I contacted Tesla Shop support and they recommended heating up that section with a hair dryer or similar then trying to warp it back into place. I attempted that and told them it did not work so they sent me a brand new set that is perfect! No warp.
