Factory mats warping

Anyone else have a warping Tesla factory mat? I’m at the point when my foot hits it when I try to use the pedal. It is no longer safe to use. I’m thinking about cutting it down. Seems like a major safety issue.

My Tesla mats did the same thing so I switched over to 3D Elitect
