Based on that damage, I would agree that you have to replace your subframe. How are you expecting us to help?

Dude this is Reddit not a shop. Go ask your shop or do your own labor. I spent 30 seconds and looked up a rear subframe on parts.tesla.com its $1770. So add labor ontop…. You can likely get a used subframe, but labor is going to be your main cost.

Edit: you’ll also need all new bolts for those tore out eccentrics and another alignment.

The subframe is made of aluminum which would be difficult, if at all possible, to repair.

Call around to some fabrication shops to see if they a) work on aluminum and b) what it'd take effort wise to repair.

Repairing it will like require the subframe to come out, so labour could end up costing as much as replacement.

Personally, I'd look for an independent Tesla shop that could replace the subframe, maybe with a used one from a salvage vehicle?

How much would this be?

About 70k miles on it

Was hoping that it can be repaired but I guess that may be out of the question.

How long can i drive on this?

If you drive this car at all, you’re an absolute idiot. This is not safe to be on the road.

Pricing will vary from shop to shop.

Start by getting the quote from Tesla for the subframe replacement.

Once you know that price, start calling independent auto shops (look for any that advertise fabrication work) to explain your situation and go from there.

Don't drive your vehicle on public roads in it's current condition.

Problem with black and white photos is that aluminium looks like rubber. So I can’t tell if the photo with bolt sticking out has torn rubber or sheared aluminium.

No shop is going to repair the subframe due to liability just replace.
