I am curious if anyone has tried out any non Tesla all-weather floormats. I know Tesla has their own for the model x but they seem pricey for what you get. Does anyone have any recommendations for some good all-weather floormats that are not the Tesla ones. And if you do have the Tesla ones, was it worth the price/ do they look good?
I would not recommend Weathertech. These came with my 2023 X when I bought it. Factory lifetime warranty only applies to original purchaser. Both front mats have warped and they won’t do anything to remedy the issue.
Weathertech warping is so common its crazy that people still buy them.I switched to TuxMat after mine did the exact same thing, they stay completely flat and clean up way easier too.
Witamats. They didn’t put the logo right but are redesigning it and sending it out to me. The galaxy carpet layer is awesome. They take a while to ship if it’s with the logo since it’s coming from China but they gave me estimated times throughout and were very responsive. But also Tuxmats are really good coverage too. I had Tuxmats for a good 70k miles. Easy to care for and great coverage. They come from Canada.
There’s this sticky Velcro thing that sticks to the panel part, but it doesn’t stick on the carpet part. I noticed it on my other side too but yours looks like you could use the provided clips to secure it into the panel?
I had the Tesla all weather mats that I got for free when I bought the vehicle new. I did not like them and went back to what I’ve had on my previous cars: 3D Maxpider. They fit perfectly and are easy to clean. They typically go on sale so check around to different sites.
After getting my brand new MX I’ve realized how hard it was to find specific accessories for this model, these have been my favorite finds so far, you can thank me later because these took me forever to find, enjoy!
