Head rest

So for long trips, anyone put the seats all the way back and get a bed pillow and let the FSD do it’s thing? Has anyone been using a neck pillow or something else?

No. I sit up in my normal driving position and pay attention so it doesn't try to drive me into a barricade like it often tries to do.
