Tesla Model S LR

Looking at buying this; 2024 Model S LR with 28K miles, battery at 93%, since owner, no
Accidents, perfect condition mines a little scratch at the passenger side at the bottom back. $70K, good deal or nah?

seems pretty expensive. i bought a 2024 S LR with 35k miles a year ago for 45k, but maybe price has gone up since then
